Recently the television program Vikings was recommended to me by a valued friend and I thought I’d give it a try. I thought what the heck, dirty long haired Nordic gods, what’s not to love? Game of Thrones doesn’t start until April so this will tide me over on murder, intrigue and some sexy time. Trust me this isn’t a poor man’s GoT it’s a contender.
I don’t know about you but my current DVR is as baron as the Joshua Tree desert. Parenthood is gone and I am still recovered from the end of Sons of Anarchy. Think of this as Sons of Anarchy without the motorcycles. Watch this while you wait for the new season of House of Cards to start.
For my romance reader friends, I think that Viking romance might be on my list of new genres.
