Let me tell you about my favorite Rock ‘n Roll series out there Hard to Resist. The Reckoning by S.L. Scott is the latest in the series. The others in the series is The Resistance & The Redemption which is a MUST reads. This series is drama filled with vulnerability and sex appeal. Did I mention they that Jack Dalton aka Johnny Outlaw is SEXY? His love affair with Holiday Hughes is a rocky one but they are meant to be. Read about their fight to keep their love and keep their melody in tune.
Side note, this is the SEXIEST cover I’ve seen in a long time. This is screen saver worthy! Right?

Check out what SL’s got to say in her five question interview. Who will she Marry Kill or Screw? See her answers below to find out.
1. Let’s start off with a Ryan version of Kill, Marry, or Screw.
Ryan Gosling, Ryan Reynolds or Ryan Phillipe? Kill Ryan Reynolds, Marry Ryan Gosling, and Screw Ryan Phillipe. Haha GOOD ANSWER!
2. Do you remember the first romance book you ever read? Can you tell me about it?
I grew up reading the Ramona books and Sweet Valley High and enjoyed Catcher in the Rye and books like that. As for romances, I was a late bloomer to romances that have stuck with me. I would say Chick Lit books of the early 90’s like Bridget Jones’ and the Shopaholic series.
3. What type of stories would you like to write but haven’t yet? Menage, BDSM or a sexless romance. The sexless romance should come with a warning. Don’t you think?
I’ve written all types. I think there are expectations with some authors, probably me included, to have some sex in my books now. And honestly, I just like writing realistic sex in realistic situations. As for writing I haven’t, I still feel free enough to write what I want. I don’t feel hindered so if BDSM or ménage or whatever type scene is called for, I’d write it.
4. What’s your favorite books to read when you aren’t writing? Do you have a favorite genre?
I do love contemporary romances which is why I choose to write them. I also like Chick Lit still though the genre doesn’t seem to really exist anymore. I love Jane Austen. Almost everyone says that though I‘m sure.
5. Do you have a motto that you use to inspire yourself to write?
The greatest risk of all is no risk at all. That has been my motto for about 20 years now. My hubs and I still quote it regularly to remind us to take the risk. Regret is worse than failing.
6. For bonus points, what’s your favorite swear word?
My hubs is British so we do tend to say Wanker or Bollocks. But I do love the classic Fuck.
