ave been writing a feature spotlighting my favorite multi-book series. Each week I have trouble deciding which one to write about because there are so many for me to chose from. I didn’t have that problem this week!
This week I read a review about Worth It (Book 6 in the series) on Aestas blog. She had multiple SQUEE’s rating so I knew I needed to read it. After I recovered from a 5 tissue book hangover, I spent the rest of my weekend hold up in my apartment reading the rest of the Forbidden Men series.
Unfortunately I stupidly read book 6 first. Lucky for me, I realized I’d read the first book in the series and some how missed the others. This is a big issue I have with Amazon that some day I will write them a nasty note about but I digress. Stay tund for that blog post another day.
The book Worth It is one of my top 5 books of the year and this series is ranks up there too. Ever finish a series and actually miss the characters? Come on who doesn’t want to live with the Rock Chicks? Okay guess that’s just me. Last night at 3am when I’d finished the book, I really missed the friends in the book. Linda has created a world of vulnerable, loveable men and woman that you wished you knew. Luck for us there’s more stories coming and I hope that Linda never stops writing about these friends and family. I AM HOOKED!
